REGISTERED NURSE
(RN)
Registered Nurses (RNs) provide a wide range of healthcare services: provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Registered Nurses have either earned an Associate’s Degree (ASN) or a Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) in nursing. Both must pass the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) to become licensed to practice.
